The team at Seaton Tramway had been operating an online ticketing solution for several years, but it lacked flexibility and functionality, and equally it wasn't achieving the conversion rate that it should to deliver good volumes of online revenue.
DigiTickets were recommended, and today marks the first day that visitors to their website can book online through DigiTickets. We're looking forward to working closely with the team on a ticketing strategy with a view to delivering a record season for Seaton Tramway.
