Founded in 2010, our team have come a long way from our humble beginnings. Now supporting over 1000 venues, our talented Team has grown from just two to fifty! Along the way, we’ve developed a proactive Team who are passionate about all things Tourism.

The year that it all began; DigiTickets was born! Starting with just two team members and a mere 3 million lines of code, the system had humble beginnings.

We started growing quickly though. Through a combination of hard work, recommendations, and a client-first ethos we welcomed our 100th client just two years after first launching.

2013

2013

By 2013 we’d started to expand our offering, introducing our own in house EPOS solution, ProPoint, alongside traditional online ticketing. We also welcomed our first US client as we began to branch out beyond the European market.

2015

With our client numbers growing our team started to expand, too. By 2015 we had ten people working on DigiTickets, writing code and supporting clients; it was already a far cry from when we started out!

2018

2018

In 2018 we were able to introduce Payment Processing and Channel Management to our growing offering, helping clients to distribute their tickets across online marketplaces and to more easily take payment online.

The year also saw us passing a significant milestone as our total ticket sales processed on behalf of our clients passed a quarter of a billion pounds!

2020

Between 2018 and 2020 we doubled the amount of money processed, bringing our total to half a billion pounds worth of ticket sales. Not a bad way to celebrate our 10-year anniversary!

2021 saw us welcoming more than 100 new clients in a single year, a new goal but one that we hope to quickly exceed.

We also introduced shift scheduling software to our offering, allowing customers to easily manage their staff rotas in line with their expected visitor numbers.

We now provide ticketing services to over 1000 venues around the world, with over 500,000 users each month. Our team has grown to encompass more than 50 people based around the UK, but we’re still sticking to our founding ethos, working hard to keep building our offering and making sure that our clients get the best possible service and value for money.
