Exciting news at DigiTickets HQ this week – products can now be sold online!
Products have been available in our EPOS for a while now, where we’ve tweaked and improved them, but we’re thrilled to announce that they’re now live online too! Customers can buy products individually or as part of their ticket purchase, making life easier for them and increasing revenue for our clients.
All products can have their own image and personalised description so that they can really sell themselves on the site, with an attractive and responsive layout which scales based on the images which are on display. Products can also be set to be suggested to the customer when they buy certain tickets, making sure that they don’t miss anything that they’d like to buy.
With our new Dispatch Management feature it’s easy to keep track of which items have been sent out and which are yet to go, too. Once a product has been sold it’s logged in our management portal and remains there until it’s marked as having been dispatched – customer addresses can also easily be printed direct from the portal, to avoid tedious hours spent typing out and formatting addresses for postage.
We’re looking forward to seeing more clients start using this functionality; we can see it being a very popular one!
