We’re excited to announce that the Mary Rose Museum are utilising DigiTickets and ProPoint for their ticketing and retail.
The museum is home to the remains of The Mary Rose, Henry VIII’s favourite warship. Sunk in 1545 and rediscovered in 1971 the ship provides a fascinating insight into Tudor life, with artefacts which don’t exist anywhere else in the world.
Since the museum opened its doors to the public in 2013 it has proved enormously popular, with huge numbers of visitors coming to view this incredible piece of history every year. Their schools programme has also been incredibly successful, with regular visits from school groups keen to learn about the Mary Rose and the wider realities of Tudor life.
With the new move to DigiTickets the Mary Rose team are able to benefit from an integrated online and EPOS solution, helping to manage their group and individual bookings seamlessly in order to provide the best customer experience possible before visitors have even stepped through the doors! We’ve very proud to be working with such a fantastic organisation, and look forward to seeing the museum go from strength to strength.
