Dobbies choose DigiTickets...

Established over 145 years ago, Dobbies is recognised as one of the most well known brands in the UK gardening industry.  Today, Dobbies is one of the UK's largest Garden Centre retailers with 32 stores across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

Events have become a fast growing feature of the Dobbies offering with last years Santa's Grottos seeing considerable popularity with tens of thousands of families across the UK visiting Santa at their local Dobbies.

Keen to streamline operations and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for the customers, Dobbies were looking for a ticketing partner to manage the entire ticketing process.

The comprehensive requirements needed to cover an easy to use ticketing platform for customers to purchase their tickets, real-time integration with existing Dobbies software systems to provide live data and reporting, training to key staff at all 32 centres, a trusted and proven ticket redemption platform to manage customer flow during the Grotto, the ability to monitor headcount and eliminate queues, as well as deliver powerful marketing data through a CRM database - all needing to be delivered within a very short deadline.

We're delighted to confirm that DigiTickets won the contract earlier this month to deliver Dobbies ticketing requirements and DigiTickets is already up and running and integrated with Dobbies reporting software.  The Dobbies team have all been trained and have welcomed the slick new system - and although having only been live a matter of days tickets are already flying out the door!
