Christmas Ticketing Made Easy for Frosts

We were exceptionally delighted this month at the successful launch of Frosts Santa’s Grotto ticketing. There’s no doubt that the tourism and hospitality industry has suffered this year at the hands of the pandemic. The changes this year have given us, and our industry, even more focus on launching exceptional events in the future. The team at Frosts are one of those exceptional businesses who have, like many, battled to overcome the difficulties of this period.

Better Living, Living Better

As a family run business, the team at Frosts have been developing their brand for decades. It’s an especially exciting time for them as their 75th birthday is coming up next year and they’ve been going from strength to strength! A key part of their success story is running experience-based events like their Santa’s Grotto. With four sites: Woburn Sands, Brampton, Willington and Millets Farm this is no mean feat, yet the team at Frosts are smashing these events year after year! With a footfall of tens of thousands of people, Santa’s Grotto is one of their most popular events and it is truly a unique and magical experience of our favourite time of year.

Santa’s Grotto at Frosts

Over the past 9 years, DigiTickets and Frosts have been working together in partnership and this year was no exception. After launching last week, it was clear that even with the difficulties faced during 2020 Frosts are excelling and the demand is high. Rebecca Gurnett, Events & Customer Service Manager at Frosts said:

This year, Frosts have adapted their events and DigiTickets has been right there to support them. But what a success it’s been! Amazingly, Woburn Sands sold out in 20 minutes and Christmas Eve in two! Frost’s, using the DigiTickets software, were able to add and amend their sessions and capacity as needed as well as manage sales for multiple branches easily. Importantly, DigiTickets also includes all those magical touches that make an event truly special.
