Technical information about this website’s accessibility

DigiTickets is committed to making this website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below. We also comply with EN 301 549 standards.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Focused states on links and buttons aren’t visible. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.4.11 Level AA (Non-text Contrast) and 2.4.7 Level AA (Focus Visible). Our suppliers plan to fix this by August 2026.

Navigating the website with the use of a touch assistive touch device is possible, although the user doesn’t have the ability to skip sections of the content. This fails WCAG success criterion 2.4.1 Level A (Bypass Blocks). Our suppliers plan to fix this by August 2026.

Duplicate IDs have been used throughout the website, this can cause issues for users using assistive technologies. This fails WCAG success criterion 4.1.1 Level A (Parsing). Our suppliers plan to fix this by August 2026.

Disproportionate burden

Seating Planner

Our seating plan is difficult to navigate when using assistive touch technologies. This widget is built and hosted through third-party software, outside of our control, and styled to fit in with our website.

Error Prevention (Legal, Financial, Data)

The user has no opportunity to review their order data before any form submission is submitted. The use of external payment pages prevents our suppliers from implementing a review page after the payment details have been entered. Directing customers to external payment pages means we have no control over the journey that allows customers to review their data before confirming their order.

We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with navigation and accessing information, and with interactive tools and transactions. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. We will continue to make further assessments as we look to enhance these features and the ticketing website.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 17 September 2020. It was last reviewed on 6 October 2025.

Our ticketing websites were last tested on 17 February 2025 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

The test was carried out internally. The most viewed pages were tested using automated testing tools by our website team. A further audit of the website was carried out to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
